These events are for people living with HIV only. 

If this is the first time that you have attended one of our events, we need to see proof of your diagnosis.

If you are taking HIV medication, then the easiest thing to do is bring along your HIV medication in its packaging that shows your name.

If you are not on medication, then please get a letter from a health care professional or social worker confirming your diagnosis and bring it with you to the event or email it to us beforehand.

The full cost of a place to HiVitality is around £220 (not including the cost of activities)

All retreat places are priced at £60, a substantial saving from the actual cost of a place.

If your circumstances are such that this is affordable, please please indicate this on the booking form that you would like to apply for your place to be funded from our inclusion fund, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis (please note that you can only apply for funding once in a 12 month period), our Inclusion Fund Officer will then be in contact with you.

Please pay for your place as soon as you submit the form, you can either pay by bank transfer or by credit/debit card.

The bank details are - Account name: HiVitality, sort code: 30-98-90 & account number: 18005468 (please ensure that you use your name as the reference)

Once payment has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation to confirm your space, however if payment isn't received within 3 days your space will be cancelled (of course, if you are having any difficulties please do contact the bookings teams on 0330 111 6976 or bookings@hivitality.org.uk).

Please arrange your travel to arrive after 3.30pm on the first day and departure after 2.30pm on the last day (anything other than this - you will need to arrange your own travel arrangements).

We can reimburse you 20p a mile, if travelling by car (if you are sharing a car with someone else we will pay 30p a mile) or the cheapest 2nd class train ticket available from the main station in your area.

If you book and then do not attend without letting us know, you will not be allowed to attend another HiVitality event for 24 months.
