Welcome, we have been running residential workshops since 1992.
HiVitality is a Story
of Hope and Resilience
Our residential workshops are a sanctuary designed to help individuals living with HIV thrive and find renewed strength.
Join us on a journey of hope and empowerment.
Supporting People Living with HIV
Our residential workshops are specifically designed to support people living with HIV. We aim to help you navigate the challenges that can come with diagnosis and long-term health, while improving overall wellbeing and mental health in a safe, supportive environment.
We recognise that stigma can still have a real impact on people’s lives. That’s why our workshops place a strong emphasis on reducing isolation and stigma, creating a space where you can feel accepted, respected, and free from judgment. You are welcome to share your experiences at your own pace, in your own way, or simply take time for yourself if that feels right.
Building a strong, connected community is at the heart of HiVitality. Our residential workshops bring together people who understand the realities of living with HIV, helping to foster genuine connection, mutual understanding, and peer support. These relationships often continue beyond the workshop, offering ongoing encouragement and solidarity.

Our residential workshops
Our residential workshops offer a wide range of activities and workshops which promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You can choose what you want to do and how much you want to participate. We try to accommodate everyone's preferences and needs when it comes to rooms. In general, we aim to give those attending a residential workshop for the first time a room on their own, unless they have expressly stated that they wish to or are willing to share.

Our venues
The venues we use are set in the countryside and can accommodate around 30 people. We always have sole use of premises so that all those attending can feel that they can be completely open about their status without fear of being overheard and stigmatised. We want everyone who is interested in attending our events to be able to do so, regardless of their financial situation, depending on circumstances and preferences.
