Welcome, we have been running residential workshops since 1992.

Residential workshops

Reconnect. Reclaim. Rise.

HiVitality residential workshops are designed to support people in reconnecting with their inner vitality and improving overall wellbeing.

We understand that life can be challenging, and everyone deserves the opportunity to step away, feel supported, and take time to reset. Our workshops provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals can slow down, reflect, and begin to rebuild their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether you’re looking for a break from everyday pressures, a chance to connect with others, or support on your personal wellbeing journey, our residential workshops are here to help.

As a charity, we are committed to making our workshops as accessible as possible, offering supported places for those who need them most, while continuing to build a community rooted in compassion, understanding, and shared experience.

Your Experience, Your Pace

These are your residential workshops—you are free to do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. There is no pressure, only support.

Our residential workshops are more than just time away. They are opportunities to explore new aspects of yourself, begin to heal, and create meaningful, lasting memories.

Below, you’ll find details of some of the venues we use for our residential workshops, each offering a safe and supportive environment for your journey.

Invitations to upcoming workshops are sent to our membership mailing list approximately six weeks before each event.

To be eligible for a place, you must be a registered HiVitality member. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up here.

As a charity, we are committed to keeping our workshops as accessible as possible. We ask for a minimum contribution towards the cost of each workshop, which helps us continue supporting the wider community.

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, so we also offer a small number of funded places for those who may not otherwise be able to attend. These are offered with care and consideration, helping us support as many people as possible over time.
