We are a non-profit organization that relies on donations and grants to fund our retreats. One of the ways we raise awareness and support for our cause is by sharing photos and videos of our retreats on our website, social media, newsletters, and other platforms.

These photos and videos help us showcase the impact of our retreats, inspire others to join us, and attract more donors and sponsors.

However, we respect your privacy and your right to choose whether or not you want to be featured in our photos and videos.

That's why we ask you to fill out a consent form before the retreat, indicating whether or not you would like pictures and/or videos of you published.

You can change your mind at any time during or after the retreat by contacting us.

If you give us your consent, we will only use your photos and videos for the purposes stated above.

We will not sell, share, or distribute your photos and videos to any third parties without your permission.

We will also make sure that your photos and videos are stored securely and deleted when they are no longer needed.

How can you opt out?

If you do not give us your consent, or if you change your mind later, we will respect your decision and make sure that you are not included in any of our photos and videos. 

We will also ask our photographer to avoid taking pictures of anyone who has not consented, however we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of some photos or videos taken by other participants.

If this happens, please let us know and we will do our best to remove or blur your image.
